Ukraine 1991 Foundation was founded by two best childhood friends who grew up in the same neighborhood in Kyiv and are now proud US citizens. We are Gennady Bratslavsky, MD, Professor and Chairman of Urology Department at State University of New York, Upstate Medical Center and Alex Golubenko, MS, DPT, CWC, CWT, partner in JAG-ONE Physical and Occupational therapy.
